Our Williamsville Dental Office
Meet Our Caring Team
Dental Hygienist
I was born in Ukraine and then moved to the United States in 1990. I’m happily married and have raised three sons and one cat.
I chose dentistry because I like to be around people, and I love helping others achieve excellent oral hygiene. One of my primary commitments is to strive always to treat people as I would like to be treated. So when you visit our office, you will be valued, respected, and made to feel at ease.
For me, seeing the immediate results my work has on my patients is amazing. Witnessing the aftermath of their visit, and getting good feedback from them is very rewarding.
Away from the office, I love spending time with my family and hosting big dinner parties. I’m always up for trying new things, and I would like to explore more foreign places.
Dental Hygienist
My whole life I knew I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, and I thought that working in the medical field would be the best way to do so. I explored different specialities, but always found myself gravitating back towards dentistry. I soon learned that the best aspect of dentistry was how the patients built unique relationships with their dental professionals, it’s the best part of my job!
Outside of the office I enjoy cooking and following my favorite sports teams. To stay active, I enjoy golfing as much as I can when it’s warm out, and CrossFit training multiple times a week. Eventually, I’d love to tour the United States in an RV!
Dental Assistant
I’m a dental assistant with more than 25 years of experience in the field. I’m proud to be part of the fantastic team here at Berardi Dentistry.
I first got a job in the dental field to help support my newly formed family. Once I started, it became more than just a job; it is my true calling. This realization led me to become a Certified Dental Assistant.
I treasure my professional role because it allows me to make a real difference in the lives of those who visit our office. The rewarding feeling of helping and caring for others is what has made dentistry very special to me.
When I’m not working, I spend the majority of my time with friends and family. Most of all, I love being a grandmother and being outdoors with my grandkids.
Business Manager
I have lived in western New York for most of my life. I received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration – both from Canisius College.
I can truly say dentistry chose me through marriage! I never intended to be in the dental field, but working alongside my husband (Dr. Berardi) has been the most rewarding experience. Together, we always work hard to provide optimum dental care to our community.
After working in corporate accounting for several years, I paused my professional career to raise a family. When my youngest child started kindergarten, I found myself fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of Berardi Dentistry, and I never looked back!
I’m incredibly passionate about continually improving Berardi Dentistry’s daily operations. Whether patients are using our online tools or interacting with our team over the phone and in person, my goal is to make sure every aspect of your dental experience is the best possible.
When I’m not helping run a dental practice, I treasure every moment I spend with my husband and our three amazing children. I enjoy biking, hiking, and working in my garden. Oh, and as a personal rule, I enjoy at least one good cappuccino a day.
Patient Care Coordinator
I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, and attended ECC for Social Sciences.
Three years ago, I stepped outside my comfort zone and absolutely fell in love with dentistry. I am coordinating care for Berardi Dentistry and slowly finding my niche.
I always knew I was meant to help others and make a difference. I strive to make sure anyone who walks through the door is comfortable and leaves with a smile. I take pride in my work and focus on ensuring every patient’s needs are met and exceeded! I love building relationships with my patients and assuring them that dentistry doesn’t have to be scary.
My bright and cheery attitude makes patients comfortable and at ease in the office. A smile goes a long way.
Outside of the office, I enjoy cooking and trying to create new recipes. From the start, I had named myself the Berardi Birthday Baker, which entails preparing each employee’s favorite dessert for their special day. My other hobbies include painting and creating new art pieces to challenge my mind.
My father is my hero. He is the light of my life. He has been a hard worker his whole life, and I plan to do the same so I can provide for my family one day as well.
An interesting fact: I am actually a decent singer and dancer!
Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in Hamburg, where I live with my husband Dana and two Sphynx cats.
I love helping people, and the best part of my job is working with a great team of co-workers. Dentistry is not just about treating teeth; calming and educating patients are also critical to me.
Outside the office, I love spending time with Dana on the Harley. If the weather permits, of course.
One of my “bucket list” items is to go for a hot air balloon ride.
Dental Assistant
I have been a Dental Assistant for 25 years.
I first started in the dental field to obtain a job to help support my young family. I became a Certified Dental Assistant as an adult.
To me, it is much more than just a job. Helping and caring for people is extremely rewarding and fulfilling. I feel I get to make a difference in the lives of others. I have known Dr. Berardi for many years. He is a good, kind dentist, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to join his team.
Since my family has grown over the years, I am now a grandmother who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Dental Hygienist
I have two wonderful children and come from a very large extended family. We moved to Alden from East Lovejoy when I was nine years old, and I have lived in Alden ever since.
As far as I can remember, the first thing I saw when I looked at someone was their smile and teeth. I was a stay-at-home mom for my children until they were school-age. I wanted to be home for them before and after school. A career as a Dental Hygienist offered me that opportunity.
The best parts of my job are the people I treat along the way, some of whom have become like family. The most rewarding part is witnessing the transformation of mouths to healthy teeth and smiles.
I am a caring, respectful person, and I will help wherever needed. As a Dental Hygienist since 1999, one crucial aspect of my job is ensuring that each client knows their comfort during treatment is a priority.
When there’s time left over in a day, I enjoy being outside. I enjoy the beach, vegetable gardening, and yard work. My family thinks I’m crazy, but I enjoy yard work.
Fun fact about me: I was on the Alden High School Rifle Team, which won the Section VI NYS Title and set a new record in the prone position.
