WHY PATIENTS LOVE IN-OFFICE TEETH WHITENING
Is Professional Teeth Whitening Worth It?
Quick answer: Yes!
Over-the-counter products are made for the majority, not you. They don’t factor in how white you want your smile, if you’re prone to tooth sensitivity, if you have dental restorations, etc.
But all that changes when you visit Berardi Dentistry!
We’ve been providing custom teeth whitening for more than 20 years.
Our Williamsville dentists, Dr. Berardi and Dr. Hetterich, will never recommend treatment you don’t need.
Our goal is to help you love your smile, not waste money, suffer painful side effects, or achieve lackluster results.
Once you see the difference our professional teeth whitening offers, you’ll never look back!
TEETH WHITENING FAQS
Answered by our Williamsville dentists.
-
What's the price of teeth whitening in Williamsville, NY?
For our current prices, please give us a call at (716) 633-2327.
Keep in mind – Teeth whitening by a dentist is more expensive than OTC products. However, because professional tooth whitening tends to:
- Last longer
- Remove more stains
- Make your teeth whiter
- Have zero to minimal side effects
- Take less time (in-office whitening is only one appointment!)
Most patients agree it’s a better investment.
-
What's the process for in-office whitening?
Here’s how easy Opalescence Boost is:
- First, we’ll determine if you’re a good candidate for teeth whitening.
- We’ll confirm the current shade of your teeth and how many shades whiter you’ll need to go to reach your goal.
- A barrier is applied to your gums, preventing gum irritation.
- The first application of gel is applied to your teeth. This will sit for 20 minutes.
- We’ll suction off the gel and evaluate your teeth’s new shade. If more whitening is needed, up to two more applications may be applied in one appointment.
- Once complete, we’ll remove the gel and gum barrier, and your new white smile is ready to show off!
You’ll be in and out in less than 90 minutes!
-
How does take-home teeth whitening work?
At-home teeth whitening is perfect if you want to whiten on your own time or maintain the level of whiteness through the years.
Our take-home product is worn overnight and achieves results in 7-14 days!
Here’s how it works:
- First, we’ll determine if you’re a good candidate for teeth whitening.
- We’ll take impressions of your teeth, which are used to make custom-made trays.
- You’ll return to our dental office to collect your trays and whitening gel vials.
- We’ll show you how to do it, so you’re confident you’re doing it right.
How to whiten your teeth at home:
- Line the inside of the tray with a continuous gel line about 1/2 way up on the front side. This should take 1/2 to 1/3 of a vial.
- Gently place the tray on your teeth and wipe off excess gel with a toothbrush.
- Leave the tray on for the recommended amount of time.
- When time’s up, remove the tray and brush your teeth. Then clean the tray with a soft toothbrush and water, and store it in its case.
It’s that simple!
